Wheatley Insights began during a season of transition — a move to a new community, a growing family, and a deep desire for work that felt both meaningful and sustainable. I wanted flexibility so I could be home with my daughter most of the week, but I also knew I wasn’t finished using the skills I’d spent years building.

Before starting Wheatley Insights, I worked in marketing within the higher education space for seven years. While I loved the storytelling side of marketing, I often found myself feeling disconnected from the impact of my work. What energized me most were the moments when I was brought into specific projects — helping a team untangle a roadblock, build clarity, and move forward with confidence. Those moments mattered. They made a difference in people’s day-to-day lives.

With encouragement from my husband and a lot of prayer, Wheatley Insights was built as a way to combine the parts of marketing and systems work I love most: thoughtful storytelling, clear communication, and practical systems that make work feel lighter — not heavier.

Today, I work with simple sellers and small service-based teams who don’t want to hustle harder or chase someone else’s version of success. They want clarity. They want relief. They want to feel confident in the business they’re building — while still leaving room for the rest of their life.
